SALES COORDINATOR (M/F/D)
- Support for our sales agencies, retailers and key account contacts
- Handling sales processes
- Ensuring a targeted flow of communication on organizational and administrative topics
- Management of system areas based on EDI: evaluation of sales and replenishment in the seasonal cycle
- Monitoring of deliveries, complaints processing, credit notes and operation of customer portals
- Support with collection templates, trade fairs and business trips
- Checking and maintaining stock levels as well as preparing and tracking quotations
- Creation of evaluations, statistics and reports
- Customer base and price list maintenance in the merchandise management system
- Completed commercial training
- Ideally supplemented by further training as a commercial specialist or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of English and willingness to travel
- Confident handling of MS 365 and digital tools in the sales environment
