payment types

  • Amazon Pay: Log in with your Amazon account and pay conveniently using the payment methods you have stored with Amazon. This means you don't have to enter your details again and can pay the invoice conveniently via your Amazon account.
  • PayPal: You can pay quickly and securely with us using your PayPal account. Log in and pay conveniently with the payment method you have stored with PayPal.
  • Apple Pay: Pay with the data you have stored with Apple Pay.
  • Bancontact: A service for our customers from Belgium.
  • EPS (Electronic Payment Standard): A service for our customers from Austria.
  • Google Pay: Pay with your data stored with Google Pay.
  • iDEAL: A service for our customers from the Netherlands.
  • Purchase on account with Klarna: Order the goods you want and pay conveniently upon receipt. Please note: It is up to Shopify Payments and its partner Klarna to decide whether a customer is offered this payment method.
  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard): After you have placed your order, we reserve the invoice amount and only charge your credit card at the time of delivery.
  • Direct debit: The transaction is only processed via our partner PayPal.
  • Store Pay: Complete your purchase more quickly with Shop Pay. Enter your shipping, credit card and billing details when you make your first purchase and Shop Pay will automatically complete the order form on your next visit.

We offer purchase on account via Klarna. Klarna decides on the basis of mathematical-technical procedures (so-called algorithms) whether purchase on account is possible for a customer. If purchase on account is not available, please select another payment method.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a separate e-mail with your invoice details in addition to the FRAAS order confirmation. If you need your invoice as a PDF, please contact our FRAAS customer service by e-mail: service@fraas.com, we will be happy to send it to you by e-mail.

Shipping

Your parcel will be delivered by DHL.

You will receive a shipping confirmation including shipment number by email as soon as the goods leave the warehouse.

You can track the current location of your shipment on the DHL website. Simply enter your shipment number there and you will receive all the relevant information.

Delivery times and minimum order values

FRAAS delivers to all EU member states. The delivery zone refers only to the mainland - no island delivery abroad. We offer island delivery throughout Germany at no extra charge. There is no minimum order value in our online store.

Returns

You can return the item to us unworn and with the original label within 14 days. The DHL returns label is included in the parcel.

Return shipping from Germany is free of charge for you.

If you have not received a return label or have lost the documents, please contact our customer service: service@fraas.com. We will send you new return documents.

If you would like to return the goods, please contact our customer service at service@fraas.com. FRAAS will cover the costs for the return shipment from 60 € return value.

Please send us an e-mail to service@fraas.com. If you do not wish to keep the item, please return it to us free of charge.

Customer account

Every customer can register and manage their personal customer area via the customer login in the store. However, you also have the option of ordering as a "guest" without registering. Unfortunately, it is then not possible to view your order history.

After registration, your personal user account is available to you with the following advantages:

  • Customize billing and delivery address
  • Order overview

Use the "Forgot password" function to enter a new password. You will find the "Forgot password" function in your customer account login.

Newsletter

You will find the newsletter registration form on the FRAAS.com homepage. You will receive a newsletter about new products, promotions and trends approximately every two weeks.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the end. Simply click on it, select it and you are unsubscribed. You are also welcome to contact our customer service at service@fraas.com.
