Together for children with cancer and terminally ill children #DUMUSSTKÄMPFEN
The two friends Andrea Petkovic and Jonathan "Johnny" Heimes were once regarded as exceptional talents in German tennis and dreamed of being the best in the world. But they parted ways early on. While Andrea Petkovic rose to world-class status, Johnny battled cancer and struggled to survive. Together, they launched the charitable initiative DUMUSSTKÄMPFEN! in 2015.
After more than 12 years, Johnny was released from his suffering in 2016. However, he did not lose the actual battle. Rather, he walked away a winner, having left a big footprint with DUMUSSTKÄMPFEN! His initiative lives on through his family and friends and continues to fight for children and young people suffering from cancer.
We at FRAAS support this initiative: we firmly believe that passion and fighting spirit can move mountains. Even though we didn't know Johnny personally, we are very moved by his fate and his irrepressible will. Johnny is a matter close to our hearts.
That's why we're supporting DUMUSSTKÄMPFEN! with what we do best: a special edition consisting of a scarf, stole, bandana and hats.
Part of the proceeds will go directly to Johnny's great initiative.
