Notices in accordance with the telecomunications law

The data you enter on the order form when purchasing in our web shop will be processed and recorded by Jammers & Leufgen GmbH & Co. KG. If you invoke your right of protest we will immediately delete your data in as much as we are not bound by legal requirements to maintain this data for a specific time.

Contact data:
The data which you enter into the on-line contact form ob send to us by e-mail will be recorded by fraas.com and will be transmitted for confirmation and processing. You have the right at all times to have this data deleted completely.

Newsletter und E-Mail:
When you enter your e-mail address to receive newsletters, your e-mail address will be recorded by Jammers & Leufgen GmbH & Co. KG. By this means you will receive current information from FRAAS. You can cancel this information at any time by e-mail. We advise you that the confidentiality of personal data which you send to us via unenciphered e-mail is not secure against third parties.

Exclusive users and customer area:
Access to the exclusive user area is only possible for registered users or regular customers. We collect data in the exclusive user area to be used and processed in a personal way, in as much as this serves the purpose of your contractual or confidentiality conditions. In the exclusive user area you can look up at any time all orders you have ever placed and the current status of these orders. Furthermore you have the opportunity to order or cancel subscription to our newsletter and to view or change your personal address data.

Data management:
We correct and complete recorded data as soon as a change becomes known to us. When required, we inform the data recipient about this. As member of a restricted user group you yourself have immediate influence over the quality of the data. We regularly delete recorded data in as much as the legal requirement to maintain such data has elapsed or the data is no longer needed.

Jammers & Leufgen GmbH & Co. KG does not sell any form of personal data to persons or places outside of Jammers & Leufgen GmbH & Co. KG. The use within the company may occur unless you have protested this. We abide by the provisions of the data security and competition laws.
